Half 1 • Getting reviews
Personalized review requests, sent from the right moment in the patient journey. Front-desk-triggered, AI-generated.
Half 2 • Responding to reviews
AI-drafted responses for every Google review — in your tone, HIPAA-safe, approved by you before it posts
The Problem · The Solution
Reviews drive half your new patients. Both halves of managing them matter.
Practices need more reviews (Google ranks you on volume) AND better responses (Google ranks you on response rate). Most tools do one half well and the other half badly. HHub was built to do both — without spam, without templates, and without the ethical shortcuts most competitors take.

How It Works
Five things the product does. All of them, honestly.

- Tone Control
- HIPAA-Safe by Design
- Reputation Dashboard
Your team knows when. AI writes what to say.
- Front-desk triggered — no auto-spam, no bad timing

- Front desk adds patient-specific details in seconds
- AI writes the message from combined context
- Sent via SMS or email — practice picks per patient
- Link goes directly to Google — no gating, no filtering
The AI drafts. You approve. Then it posts to Google.
- Click "Generate with AI" on any review
- Draft appears in a preview panel — never auto-sends
- Edit inline, regenerate, or approve as-is
- One-click posts to Google via official API
- Or save as draft for doctor sign-off
- Every response logged for audit trail
Three voices. Set your default. Switch any time.
- Three built-in tones for every practice type
- Set your default in Settings — applies to every draft
- Override on any individual response
- Applies to both review requests AND responses
- AI regenerates automatically when you switch tone
- Practice name signed naturally for SEO
The rules are in the prompt, not in a filter.
- Rules baked into the prompt, not filtered after
- AI cannot confirm reviewer is a patient
- AI cannot reference treatment or appointments in public responses
- AI cannot include any health information
- Responses stay under 100 words, focused, compliant
- Every draft logged for audit purposes
The metrics Google actually rewards.
- Average rating with industry benchmark comparison
- Response rate KPI — the signal Google cares about
- Request-to-review conversion rate
- Per-location ratings for multi-site operators
- 1-2 star review flags for triage
- Review trend and velocity over time

The Ethical Stance
Two things we won't do. That most competitors will.
A lot of dental review tools built their businesses on shortcuts — auto-posting AI responses to save time, and filtering out unhappy patients to protect ratings. Both create real risk for your practice. We designed HHub the other way on both counts, on purpose.
Ethical Stance · Half 1 (Requests)
Some tools filter unhappy patients away from Google. We don't.
Many review tools quietly “screen” patients — asking them to rate 1-5 stars first, then only sending happy ones to Google while routing unhappy ones to private feedback. Google explicitly bans this. Practices caught doing it can lose their Google Business Profile.
HHub sends every patient directly to Google. No pre-rating screen. No filtering. No gating. Google’s terms — and your patients — get respected the same way.
Ethical Stance · Half 2 (Responses)
Some tools auto-post AI responses. We won't.
Most AI review tools in dental marketing auto-post responses the moment a review appears. They’ll tell you it’s faster. They won’t mention what can go wrong — because when an AI replies to a 1-star review without a human reading it first, the damage goes public instantly.
Nothing posts without a doctor or office manager’s eyes on it. The AI writes the draft — that’s where the time savings come from. The final word is always yours.
Better Together
Every review is a signal. Here's what it connects to.
AI Agent
One brand voice, everywhere
The AI that writes your review requests and responses shares tone settings with the AI Agent that handles missed calls and web chat. Consistency across every patient touchpoint.
Explore AI AgentReferral Management
5-star reviews, tagged to the referrer
When a happy patient leaves a 5-star review, HHub can surface which referring doctor sent them — closing the loop on your best referral relationships.
Explore Referral ManagementTask Management
Negative reviews become tasks
Every 1- or 2-star review flagged for triage gets turned into an assigned task — with an owner, a priority, and a deadline for the response.
